1. What These Meetings Are
Bookings made through this page are for free, informational conversations about Still In Charge, a free student AI governance initiative from Fellowship Intelligence LLC. They are introductory discussions intended for educators, school and district leaders, parents and parent-community leaders, and prospective partners.
2. No Cost, No Commitment
There is no fee to book or attend a meeting. Booking a meeting does not create any contract, engagement, purchase, donation, sponsorship, membership, or obligation of any kind for you, your school, your organization, or us. Anything discussed remains exploratory unless and until it is separately put in writing and signed by both parties.
3. Organizational Status
Still In Charge is a project of Fellowship Intelligence LLC. A mission-locked nonprofit intended to qualify under Section 501(c)(3) is being formed; that status is pending and has not yet been granted. Still In Charge is not currently soliciting or accepting donations, sponsorships, or fees, and no payment made now would be tax-deductible. Nothing on this page, on the booking page, or in these conversations is an offer, a solicitation, or a commitment.
4. For Adults; No Student Information
These meetings are for adults, including educators, administrators, school board members, parents, and prospective partners. Please do not book a meeting on behalf of a student, and do not enter or share any student's personal information in the booking form, in any message to us, or during a meeting. Still In Charge collects no student data at any time. If student information is submitted to us inadvertently, we will delete it.
5. Information You Provide
The booking form collects only the limited contact information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, and role, together with any note you add about what prompted the meeting. We use it solely to schedule and hold the meeting and to follow up reasonably afterward. This information is never sold, rented, or traded, and it is never shared with sponsors or funders. Our handling of it is described in our Privacy Policy. You may ask us to stop contacting you, or ask us to delete the contact information we hold about you, at any time by emailing contact@stillincharge.org.
6. Scheduling, Changes, and No-Shows
Please use the link in your confirmation to reschedule or cancel if your plans change. Repeated missed meetings may require rebooking. We may reschedule, decline, or cancel a booking at our discretion, including where a request falls outside the purpose of these conversations.
7. Recording
Meetings are not recorded unless both parties agree in advance. We do not use automated note-taking or transcription tools in these meetings without telling you first.
8. No Professional Advice
Information shared in these conversations is general and educational. It is not legal, tax, financial, technical, or other professional advice, and it does not establish, replace, or override any school's or organization's policy. Still In Charge does not recommend or endorse any AI product, platform, or vendor. Please follow your own institution's rules and consult your own advisors as appropriate.
9. Third-Party Scheduling
Scheduling is handled through a third-party booking provider. Your use of that provider is also subject to its own terms of service and privacy policy, which we do not control.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the program evolves. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the current version, and any change applies to bookings made after it is posted. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
